By creating an account or using Frames, you agree to these terms. Frames is a personal movie and TV show tracking application. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.

What Frames Provides

Frames allows you to track movies and TV shows you have watched or plan to watch, rate and organize your media library, view upcoming episode premieres, and see personal viewing statistics. The service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person — do not create multiple accounts. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

Acceptable Use

When using Frames, you agree not to:

Your Content

You retain ownership of any data you add to Frames (ratings, watch status, notes). By using the service, you grant us permission to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Media Information

Movie and TV show metadata (titles, posters, synopses, episode information) is sourced from TMDB (The Movie Database). This data is provided by TMDB and is subject to their terms of use. Frames is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party media metadata.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Frames available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Frames is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in media information.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Frames after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the application.
